My old washer was still working but getting old and not dispensing softner any longer and starting to make noises. This new Washer and matching Dryer look great in my laundry area and have many more options than the old set. I love the color also.

Good Looking and User-Friendly!

The system is very user-friendly. The inside laundry load area is wide and can handle heavy loads. I love the color. I wish it has wheels so that the unit is easier to maneuver into my laundry closet.

Our washer went out so we had to purchase a new one and went with this one. We love it more than we did our last washer.

For my budget this was was the best value. When I went to the store to check it out, it met and exceeded all my expectations.

I've only had it a couple of weeks (purchased 12 JAN 2020, installed 22 FEB 2020 at new house) but so far very happy with it.

nice machine

DELIVERY on the other hand leaves a TON to be desired. I was very dis-satisfied with that aspect. They kept changing the date on me with LESS than 24hrs notice. Never mind the fact that I kept requesting time off of work for EACH frigging day they changed it to. Not one time was I offered an apology NOR any recompense for all the inconvenience caused. I never had a problem like this from BEST BUY before so this really really really left a bad taste in my mouth. I give a 4 star for the machine itself (which took over a month to arrive) but as for the delivery process? 1.5 stars; hence the overall of a 3. *this was purchased APRIL 13, not MAY 2*

It is large enough to wash a comforter in it. The clothes come out very dry which cuts down on the drying time. I would suggest getting the stand because the drum is rather deep and you have to bend down to get out smaller items from the back of the drum.

This is my first new set of machines and my first front loading style. I am surprised at how much the amount of laundry products I’m saving and the laundry is still clean. I honestly never wanted this style but happy I made the switch.
