This is the wonderful washer we've have We love it

Buying this washer has made my life so much easier. The size of the drum is much larger than the standard washers! The steam cycle is awesome as well! I highly recommend the Samsung front load washer, especially for larger families.

Larger (deeper) than our last machine. Very quiet.

So far so good! So quiet I can't hear it running. It makes a musical beeping noise when complete. Easy to run and clothes are clean.

Faster and more efficient than my previous washer!

The machine suddenly started banging and rattling like crazy. We were originally told it was the shocks, nope. Two and a half years of use and the front plastic drum where the counterbalance connects has snapped off. This repair will cost more than the machine itself. Now, we are hearing problems like this are not uncommon. 2 1/2 year lifespan is not acceptable.

I am very happy with this washer so far. Very efficient. I can wash the king side blankets. This works very well and save a lot time for me.

This is our First Front Load Washer ever and it’s definitely a beautiful product! I did my first load today and noticed the spin cycle is very noisy which may be due to the balance of our washer. All in all, great purchase during the 4th of July sale!

Do not buy washer. It’s faulty and Samsung will charge you for repair. There front load washer machines create mold. Samsung currently has lawsuit for there washer machines poor designs that are causing mold.

this is my 2nd front loading washer. the 1st was a LG.this samsung is much better it doesnt shack like the LG and it runs realy smooth. I would highly recomend it. I got it delevered june 20th 2020 . the delevery was the best. they knew exactly what they were doing and did a super job.

We bought a new washer and dryer after our present ones finally stopped working. We plan on moving in the next few months and we didn’t want to spend a lot of money. We were able to get these on sale with pedestals for around $1500.00 we couldn’t be happier. So far the machine are performing great .

It was extremely hard to purchase a washer and dryer without physically getting to see it but the curbside team worked with me to try and show me colors and go over the size of the machines and options for delivery. The installation team was also great. I would suggest the Centerra store every time

Don't buy model WF45R6100AW/US! We bought model WF45R6100AW/US about 3 months ago and have had nothing but bad performance and poor service from Samsung ever since. Apparently the "Swirl" drum design combined with the high spin rate of the unit results in turning our laundry (especially long sleeve / long pants, delicates and anything with a drawstring) into a mangled, wadded ball! We've tried varying the cycles and amount of clothes and nothing seems to work. We called Samsung and they sent a service technician to look at the unit and were told that this model seems to frequently have this problem and that it was a bad design. Samsung originally said they were going to issue an accommodation (refund) and then called back the next day to say that their management rejected the accommodation since the service technician found no defect on the unit. Apparently poor design that stretches out and damages customer laundry is a design feature and not a defect. I plan on calling Samsung Service every day until I get a refund. If you have just purchased this model, return it to the retailer immediately, don't try to work with Samsung; they don't seem to take responsibility for their poor product. Note that in the past year I have purchased two large screen Samsung TVs, a Samsung Blu-ray player, this washer and a Samsung dryer. All the other products are exceptional, unfortunately this washer is poorly designed.

The deal was great from ordering through installation. The sales people were great in answering questions before buying. The installers nice and polite with removal of the old units and installing the new units.

Love this washing machine. It is very spacious and cleaned really well when you put it on heavy duty for a longer period of time

Geek squad came out and delivered dryer! They stated “the vent was too big!” I was told to call them back once issue was resolved and they would come out for free to install! I called a hour or two after they “geek squad “ left, to let them know that the HVAC guy checked it out and it was okay to come back out! Whomever answered the phone stated, they couldn’t come back that day because it was showing complete! She told me to call the following day! Today is May 15 and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone! This is unacceptable!

Purchased for our new house. Had some issues in the beginning with super loud spinning, but my husband did a little research and realized the shipping bolts hadn't been removed. Once we did that, it's the quietest washer I've ever used! Highly recommend.
