My last "energy efficient" washer was top loading and it never added enough water to wet the whole load. This washer works so much better - clothes come out clean and with less wrinkling.

This washer serves its purpose. I ran it one time so far and everything looks good. The Best Buy movers and installation crew is so on point. They are very professional and efficient. Plenty of cycles to choose from although we've used 3 or 4 that pretty much every washer comes with. We got it on sale so great deal too

For the most, this is a solid washing machine. The biggest “con” is that this has no interior light for the drum. Not a huge deal, but it is definitely nice when unloading clothes.

This model is much better for my personal needs. It takes big heavy loads like down comforters and dog blankets.

I've had this washer for a month and I'm basically satisfied with it at this point. For now, it seems to be working well, however it appears to be cheaply made and I'm concerned how long it will last. The door is made of plastic and doesn't seem to close securely, although it isn't leaking. It also swings very widely and hits the wall beside it when opened. I needed to protect my wall from dings from the door. Previous Samsung washer door did not do this. I feel it isn't the same quality as a similar model it replaced that I had for 11 years.

Only advice is DO NOT clean the front with a paper towel because it will scratch it up! Use a terry cloth. After I got it installed and setup i wanted to clean my finger prints off the front and used Brawny paper towels...bug mistake

It is very easy to use, efficient and does a great job of getting our close clean. It sings a song once the cycle is complete. My wife showed our 7 year old twins how to use it and now they are doing their own laundry.

I do not like that the lights go off when it is finished. If the ight would stay on it would let people know the load is finished. Overall I like washer. It has many settings which are great to use.
