Did an awesome job with setup and answered all questions I had. Just wish we would have done a demo together before they tested the machines and left.

No complaints about the unit. Delivery and installation was performed quickly and professionally by Best Buy subcontractors. Only complaint is that tiny toddler socks get stuck in the diaphragm, though I suspect that's all front loaders.

I like the fact that this washer machine has a lot of options when it comes to cleaning my clothing, one of my favorite options is the self cleaning mode, it works very well and keeps your machine fresh and clean

I had a bit of trouble with this washer at first. In the beginning, it did not get my clothes completely washed for larger loads and I had to experiment with the settings to get it to work. Other than that, it has worked well.

I needed a washer and dryer on an emergency basis. This one was in the right price range and the delivery and installation went without a hitch. So far I am happy with my purchase.

First dryer broke in three days and the second one is being delivered. While it worked, the machine was amazing. The weight balance broke and machine sounded like it wanted to jump out the room.

This is a powerful washer with beautiful color and lots features. My only complain is "too loud" while switching features and cycles.

Love it! The timer is great help for knowing how much time to budget for the cycle. There are numerous settings, it makes for super easy decision making on what to use for which items.

We purchased this electric dryer to replace our 15-year Maytag dryer. This dryer is easy to use and we were specially happy to purchase it on sale. We would definitely recommend it. So far it works great!

I felt like this was their first ever install. My laundry room is just inside through the garage, about as easy as one could hope for, and I had it all ready for them. It took about 10 minutes and they were ready to go, with no demonstration or instruction. The truly messed-up part was that they seemed to know nothing about leveling out the washer by turning the feet with a wrench. They were going to leave it very wobbly. I told them what to do and then ended getting on my hands and knees and finishing the work myself

Works great, a lot more efficient than my old washer. Easy to use and happy with it.

Nice washer. Although, first one came damaged, Best Buy was great about swapping it out. This is sharp and very user friendly. Stunning addition for sure, along with the matching dryer. Very Happy

Love the look and color. Had Geek Squad set it up and they did s great job. Several wash cycles to choose from that are preset or I can choose my own. Very easy to use. No louder than my old one.

I feel like I did not know what clean clothes smelled like until after I bought this washer. It is amazing and so are all the features is has. I also love the modern look.

The dryer meets all my expectation. Cloth are soft, wrinkle free. Love The sounds, letting me no when cloth are ready. Space friendly. Love drying time for bedding n comforts.

Definitely go with this model it has been very reliable compared to another expensive brand I had last. Worth every penny. Easy to install as well.

Not enough water for washing. I have to wash and rinse twice. It shakes so much when spinning. Small, medium or large the spin is too strong. Serviceman said stop machine and adjust load. That would be ok for a large load but for underwear I should not have to do that. Should have stayed with LG

This is our first front load washer. It is pretty easy to use and relatively quiet.
