This is our first front load washer. It is pretty easy to use and relatively quiet.

Washes clothing well but is very large and water pools in the door after each wash which I don’t like. No mold yet but I’m keeping an eye on it.

The dryer dries just fine. The sounds it makes are new to me, so I'm still deciding if what I hear is what I should be hearing. The only trouble I'm having is opening the lint catch. Hopefully that will loosen up with time.

My family loves this. Steam feature is really great - something we never had before and did not know what we were missing. Also, it sings to us. Sure, why not. Also, best price at Best Buy.

Works very well, haven’t had any real issues with it. My only con would be the extra cleaning options like steam. It could be that i don’t know how to use it but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

I bought both the washer and dryer. I love the fact that they are stackable my only issue is that the doors open up the opposite way from each other. We have a laundry closet on the smaller side but we’re able to fit them side ways in. They’re quite which is nice for doing laundry late at night when the kids are in bed. Beautiful color. The buttons are touchy so having the child lock is nice.

Love it! Runs quiet and fast - it gets the clothes super clean. I recommend them highly.

Great brand and color looks great in our laundry room. But i did have to call geek squad for tje rotor seems to have issues. We will see when they come out.

I love that it is a front loader, I also love that it is Samsung, the tones on the touch are also Intriguing, it has many options for many different washes and what I love the most is the steam wash

So far after a month of owning this dryer I am not disappointed. The clothes have came out clean and without a problem. Ill have to see what long term use does, but so far I'm extremely happy.

Been using it for a month now. The loudest part of the cycle is when the water is running. quite operations. uses much less soap and cloths are less wet when it stops than my older top load Kenmore.

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

I love me washer and dryer. It’s a good size for my loads. It can be set to a particular kind of fabric. The washer let’s me know when I have put enough detergent. They washer and dryer plays a song when done.

When in doubtt of what to choose, choose a samsung, you can never go wrong with the brand.

Installers came out and installed both washer and dryer in a timely orderly fashion. Washer and dryer work great. So far so good

Bought this as a replacement for an older Samsung model. This one is much quieter with more options. Touch feee delivery was quick and easy. Having to install it by myself wasn’t very difficult either.

Excellent! Clothes are always fresh and clean! And very quiet!
