    I really like the steam feature. I wish it had a “towels” cycle like my last Samsung washer. Not sure why I need both a steam and sanitize cycle.

    Big and it works great. I really appreciate that it was a "quick wash" setting, 22 minutes, and that it adjusts the time for the settings.

    Very satisfied with washer. Easy to understand directions included. Looks sleek and modern. Like the variety of wash options. Haven't used the steam cycle yet so can't comment on that feature.

    I've been using this washer for a couple months. Delivery was great, install was straightforward, and the clothes come out clean! This washing machine replaced an old Samsung and I appreciate the larger basin of this unit (more clothes!). We almsot solely wash in cold water so have not tried the steam cycle (would have purchased the non-steam version but it wasn't available). I've had no problems and can only recommend it. Cheers!

    I like my new washer. Its very quick and doesnt use alot of water. I use the Delicate Cycle for my work clothes and I can see the difference in my clothes! I absolutely love my new washer.

    Works great, relatively quick. Still able to keep it to 2 buttons to start a load. Sanitize option great for elderly parent whom doesn't have good hygiene is great(but wash cycle takes 2 1/2 hours. Dryer is quicker)

    Larry was our salesman again for the stackable washer dryer. He was very informative about the features and helped us make sure the two pcs would fit in our small area. Can't rate the unit, not installed yet.

    It doesn't vibrate much except for the high speed spin cycles, which I think would be not that abnormal, given the loaded wet clothes... love the steam function and the look.

    This is the loudest spin cycle I have ever heard. It bangs loudly and if it were loaded with rocks it could be louder. Samsung service came and said there is nothing they can do. They blamed the noice on how we load the washer and on it being on a pedestal. I don't want a washer I need special instruction on how to load it. Samsungs only advice was to take it off the pedestal. Best Buy will not do anything because I have had it 8 months. Think twice before buying this and a pedestal.
