It was a 12 year old Samsung, loved it, and now Im loving this one. Only issue I have is that it tends hit hard so it throws you off the first.few times....

Wanted to get the Wifi version but figured the simpler the better. Install was a breeze, but carrying up a flight of stairs was not fun!

Our teenager overloaded it one time though, and it broke the weights on the inside, and the part that broke was not available - so now we’re faced with a trade in but the trade in color may be different than the current champagne color because they’re in back order.

I do leave the door a little open in between washes to avoid any moldy smell and I clean with affresh every 2-3 months

Terrible Washer, Terrible Quality

So I went to the Samsung. Well, that was a mistake. I had to return 3 of them. The first one leaked water out of the bottom of the door. The next two, the soap dispenser drawer didn’t shut properly. And they also leaked out the bottom of the door. I ended up switching to a different model. That one will be going back also, the soap dispenser drawer does not close proper. I haven’t used it yet to see if it will leak water out the door. Maybe I should go back to the LG. At least that one didn’t leak and the dispenser drawer shut properly.
