Samsung will replace the unit but then the warranty on the new unit is only good for 90 days! I bought this during a promotional period so if they refund me I won’t be able to purchase a new unit at the same cost. Very frustrating. Will never buy Samsung again.

If washing dirty clothes you may need to wash a few times as this machine doesn’t do a thorough job of it. The clothes come out damp so it must not use much water to clean. Machine is loud and easy to unbalance as well. This machine in comparison with my older model front loader is not as good.

Samsung Washer Does The Job

Many options for various cycles, temps, soil, spin etc. Just the right size for laundry rooms without much vertical clearance if you have shelves etc that restrict the height available. Front loaders use less water & electricity. It is pretty quiet also. Fully satisfied So far, so good.

Has so many settings for all different laundry needs. Found that many reviews complain about mold growing but I think it’s because they close the front door when it’s not in use. Mine came with a sticker directing me to keep the door open when not in use. Also the crew who delivered it was so kind.
