Great machine, works perfectly washing my clothes every day, get on for your self and start wash your clothes too.

i had a kenmore steam for 12 years, this is not the same, but it's just a matter of getting used to it, i guess. the spin cycle is either too tight to the machine and i have to use a long kitchen fork to get the clothes lose OR they are not spun out enough to put into the dryer.

Purchased with dryer and pedestals. Shakes bad from first use. BB sent someone to rebalance who told me and customer service he called while here that should be replaced but they won't unless they come out at least 3 times not including his visit. Tech came said he didn't see anything wrong but didn't have time to wait through a cycle so take a video next time it shakes and send to him. We did and he told us call back in and set another appointment with him specific. We did and they decided to schedule with another tech, who decided not to respond to appointment so he never showed even though they sent us confirmations to tell us to be home and prepared for their 4 hour window. Called when they didn't show waited through automated system and 37 min wait for agent only to have system hang up on me. Waited again for over 30 min and agent told me they entered appointment request for specific tech but pending. No response from them for 2 days only to call and spend another 30 while they try to schedule appointment. Agent scheduled and told me that the store should have replaced the unit go to the store where purchased and talk to them. They of course said only geek squad can replace. Over a month problems still not resolved. Customer service lost my business more than product.

Works awesome, the touch screen works great. Definitely saves water and the spin cycle practically dries the clothes for you

Like this feature: if the load is small and you have it on large it will recalculate the size and decrease the time for you.

I have always wanted a front loader washer. This is perfect and all the features made this the best buy.

So far everything is working great. No Problems except with the original delivery which Best Buy took care of after some aggravating phone calls. Not satisfied with the service people I dealt with on the phone buy 5 star rating for the washer itself!

The washer and dryer are great. The washer vibrates a lot during spin cycle. Had the washer replaced and it does the same thing.

Amazing fast washer, and it has enough room to fit a big load. You control is, and set it to wash as you wish. I purchased the same style dryer, and the stacking kit to save room in my house. It's been about 5 months since I purchased my washer and dryer and I love them!

This is a good washer, however it is lacking the steaming option which is there companion dryer. The great thing is self cleaning option

This Item was recommended to us at purchase. I usually buy Brasscraft gas connectors at Lowes or HD. However, the sales person was admen we use the bestbuy brand. On day of installation, the crew members arrived 1hr late & my appliances had been unboxed for some odd reason. I asked them why & they said "We don't know, we are not bestbuy!" i had no productive response at that point... needless to say, the installation was slow, frustrating & confusing. Once it was all done, i asked if they could turn the appliances on to ensure the install was done correctly... they turned on & the smell of gas was quite strong. Best buy installers mentioned it was "normal" for this to happen and should go away on our 2-3rd use of the dryer. I knew this could not be right so i said "thank you" and just wanted them out. We called our utility company and they confirmed that the gas install was improperly installed & that the installers forgot to add plumbers tape to all fittings. This was an expensive nightmare of a purchase and we will never use bestbuy again for any major appliances.

Very happy got the storage bins along with it and love it. I will definitely recommend samsung washer and dryer to my friends.

Soooooo up to date...I didn't think there was a difference in Washing Machines. Samsung proved me wrong...I love this one!!!

Our second front-loader made new Electrolux, and this one is way better. Plays cute tunes when the load is done too.
