    I'm not to happy with the washer; because after the cycle is finished, the inside of the door, remains with lots of water????? So; I will like to have a technician to come and check on this problem. I'm guessing that the steam system was not connected.

    I have been using this washer a little over a month (we purchased while building our laundry room) and so far, I love it! It is amazing! I have all of the features that are on the newer Whirlpools and didn't pay nearly as much! Thank you Samsung and Best Buy!!
