    So far, so great! We are loving how efficient this thing is compared to our early 2000s set that took 70 minutes to clean our large loads. We have three kids who literally won't wear things twice, meaning TONS of laundry. This thing handles like a champ. We can get all three kid's clothes in here usually plus a sheet or a small blanket, meaning 1-2 less loads on laundry day. My only complaint in that this washer, like nearly all front loading washers before it, is not child sock friendly. The rubber barrier between the door and the drum gets filled with socks on nearly every wash, they have to then be either hand cleaned or thrown back in the next load where you risk the problem again. other than that, we love this washer! Plus it looks great in our farmhouse style laundry room.

    I have had two … first one did the same thing when new that this one started doing right past the mfrs warranty… it vibrates so much that the laundry soap bottle will walk across the top and end up on the floor! Of course Samsung will send someone out now that it’s out of warranty . But I don’t want to spend the equivalent of a new one to fix this crappy unit! I thought that customers warranty’s were minimum and that a 700$ washer emulsion last more than 9 months … insane -should’ve bought an LG .

    Amazing Washer!!! The clothing feels cleaner and it takes half the time it used to take on an older model. Literally makes my life so much easier. I also purchased it when it was on sale so I feel like I got a great deal.
