Seems like all the usual samsung features; however, the color is great for a change

Purchased: Samsung - 4.5 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer with Steam - White I highly valued the antimicrobial protection and steam function during the pandemic. Two main reasons why I choose to make this purchase: The product includes protective features which are designed to eliminate or inhibit the growth of microorganisms. In washers, this feature may be employed before, during, or after the main wash cycle. Steam aids in stain removal, activating detergent, sanitizing, and softening wrinkles. In dryers, this feature can be used to remove wrinkles or quickly freshen clothing items.

Glad we landed on this washer/dryer. Cleans well, fairly quiet, very spacious and the short song it plays when done is a perfect reminder to change the load. We had them stack it as well to give us more space in our laundry room

This unit replaced another Samsung washer and there are lots of little improvements. The one that stands out the most is that the normal wash is about 20 shorted but the cloths still come out clean with no smell

I bought this washer with a dryer a month ago to replace an antiquated washer-dryer stack in our rented house. I have it stacked under the dryer using the standard Samsung stacking kit. It was easy to reverse the door to make it open to the left, and the unit has all the cycles we need. Operation is smooth, quiet, and effective. So far the detergent drawer is remaining mold and mildew free, an issue I had with the last Samsung washer I bought (4 years ago.) Hopefully they've solved this problem, but I always leave the door open and the drawer pulled out between uses to allow it to air-dry. Best Buy's installers did a friendly and excellent job. Definitely money well spent!

Great washer I love it so much don’t regret this purchase at all!!

First washer delivered and installed. First load of laundry and error with water level. Service technician verified proper water pressure and level. Best Buy scheduled replacement. Second washer delivered and installed. Drum makes a grinding noise and jams. Verified shipping blocks are removed. Best Buy authorized another replacement. Finally 3rd washer works. It took about 3 weeks from the first delivery to finally get a working washer. Best Buy turned our excitement of moving into our new house into a very stressful situation. This is just the issue of the washer. The dryer was delivered out of the packaging with scratches and minor damage. Still waiting on all the gift cards that were promised.

I purchased this unit to replace an older Samsung washer and it hasn't disappointed me. It is much larger than the one it replaces, and it does a thorough job in wash cycles. I recommend Samsung products.

Very pleased with this machine. It holds large loads like king size comforters easily. Like the fact that it is a front loader and I bought a pedestal so it is much easier to load and unload.
