    The washer worked fine for the first month or so and gradually has got to a point where the washer, depending on the load size, vibrates excessively and is loud and there's a knocking sound when it shakes bad. We opened a ticket and the service rep checked everything and said the 2019 pedestals don't disburse the vibrations well and he suggested we put some weights in the pedestal. We put about 20 lbs (some detergent and actual weights) in and it helped with the shaking and vibration a little bit after which, to my shock, he went on to suggest I should put a sand bag in that pedestal!!! A sandbag to keep a washer from not shaking to the point of almost bouncing on the floor. The washer is 2 months at this time and cannot be returned and I'm stuck with this piece of c**p. SAMSUNG REP - Please don't reply to this comment with a link to a solution that doesn't work.
