    I bought the pair. I’ll tell you this. The first washer came defective didn’t buy the insurance for it but with my luck it broke right away. I went to Best Buy they told me to call Samsung cause even with elite members it’s only 14 day return policy. I was 16 days with it. I called Samsung they came check it out that’s when they told me that the weights snapped from the drum. So I need a replacement Samsung gave me a ticket # to take back to Best Buy they brought me another one. But this time I got lucky. So I went ahead and bought the warranty this time

    Does the job very well and is easy to load clothes and product. The display, knob and door lock on the other hand is a bit confusing and not a fan of the ding ding when loading washer.
