Had this for a year, no issues with any of the cycles. I love the different options such as bedding, whites, normal, dictates, and a self clean. Every month I do the self clean cycle - it takes 4 hours to complete and I add vinegar. I just cleaned the filter-ops, but it wasn't that dirty. My clothes come out smelling fresh still after a year!

We purchased this washer machine to replace the washer machine we bought from Best Buy, we had a warranty so we only had to pay for the new warranty it’s so worth it I will recommend it!!!!

This Machine has made washing a breeze. the 10 cycle are amazing for almost every load possible at home. The washer is also quiet which is amazing. I Think the best part for me is the little musical number it does to indicate cycle is done. Overall this is great machine. I do recommend reading the instructions booklet when it comes to type of loads, spinning, rising and other cycles.

This was purchased to replace a recalled 2013 Samsung top loader (which the company eventually gave a refund for). So far the machine is excellent although Best Buy’s delivery requiring new washer cables for installation was stupid (at least make that available for purchase as I was given no notice until delivery day). Machine is high capacity and very quiet!

Best Washing and Dryer appliance experience! It washes and dries clothes pretty quickly. It also gives a music tone towards the end of the cycle that the washing and drying is done! Completely Satisfied with my purchase! :)

Delivery and installation were flawless and timely. The machine has flexible settings, is user-friendly, and performs well in all cycles. Very happy with the purchase. The entire purchase experience was outstanding.

Overall, love this washer. Major upgrade from my 10 year old front load Kenmore. The ONLY complaint I have…the power “button” is super touchy! I have had to restart many loads after barely bumping the power button. If there was a way to lock it that would be great. I understand this is user error lol but still a pain.

Quiet... wonderfully quiet and efficient machine. Probably the best we have ever owned ! Multiple options for different loads ...you can choose exactly what you need for any type of laundry.

perfect washer works great but first time i used it, it wouldn’t let me open the door and i couldn’t figure out why. reset and played around nothing unlocked the door. i put it through another spin cycle and the door finally released. a warning about that would be nice instead of just locking you out of your cloths.

Works great. Able to fit Queen size bedding without a problem. Many different settings to choose from. Would have rated a 5 but does tend to get a little musty smelling if you leave the door shut after a wash. If you leave the door open so it dries out there isn't a problem.

What a beautiful product. It's super quiet and the few loads I've done have come out really clean. I haven't had it for too long, but had a Samsung washer previously for 5 years with no problems. Only reason we switched was because we wanted stackable.
