    The reviews seemed good for this front load washer. Our old front load was 15 years old. The salesman said it would be quieter and shake less. It's not. Definitely louder than our old one. And we can't leave anything on top or it will shake off. At least it cleans fine.

    This is a really nice washer. We bought it open box and the only issue was a dent at the bottom that isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it. It does spin very violently.

    To be open box this machine works great, has a few scratches but not very visible. Love the champagne color, haven't had time to try the steam yet though.
