A lot of water accumulates inside the unit after washing. I'm quite meticulous about wiping up all water after a load to prevent mildew issues, but water continues to drip from the rubber surrounding the interior of the door. Found multiple water wiping needed around the area. Thought something must be wrong so requested a replacement washer within 15 days of original delivery. When the new washer arrived, the gentlemen said the water issue was normal so it wouldn't do any good to install a new machine. Never had this problem with my front load Whirlpool. Also, tub is quite noisy and shaky with final spin no matter the size of the load.

It took the color out of items that I have washed for years without any problems. It is really rough on all clothes even on the most delicate settings. The rinse cycle runs at top speed for every load even if you choose the slow spin option. I have balls on all of my sweaters after 1 wash. I washed a load of brand new white towels and they came out grungy. The washer smelled really toxic for about the first month of ownership. After researching, I found that it is due to some cheap materials used on the seal.

The con is the fragile exterior. Do not place a full bottle of 32 oz detergent on the top of the washer and dryer. The bottle will cause a debt.
