I love putting clothes in the washer, adding detergent, not guessing the size of the load, and walking away. Uses less water, no spindle to make knots, less dry time (since they're spun more efficiently). Great operating selections, and big enough that I can wash comforters and duvets at home.

Best customer relations?

Called Geek Squad number included in my purchase folder, and I was greeted by a person in Chicago, not in my local store. She promised they would correct my install. I then called the number on my salesman’s card and again was connected with Chicago. I shop at Best Buy because I deal with local people. Best Buy has changed, and not in ways I appreciate.
