I got got this washer because the model we had was great. The new model is almost exactly the same. But, the washer doesn’t spin out enough water out of your clothes. They can be very wet when it completes its cycle.

I had this for a week or so. Two days after I bought it, I knew I was going to send it back. I did about 10-12 loads of various kinds to make sure it just wasn't me. If you have a newer house with a cement floor in your basement or garage, this might be ok for you. If you are like me and have an older house with wood floors (crawlspace under) DO NOT BUY THIS! This shook my floor so bad that my water heater would shake back and forth. It was fine with an empty rinse and spin cycle to make sure it was level, but with any size load, forget it! The only load it was ok with was two pillows. On top of the vibrations and horrible shaking, this thing holds water everywhere. why should I have to fully wipe it down after doing laundry? Not very user friendly either if you want to change settings. Replaced it with an LG top load. Thanks to best buy for the zero hassle exchange!

Arrived on time with a small dent. Had to call to have a credit applied to the cost of the washer to cover the dent, rather than deal with them picking up and delivering a whole new set. Beautiful and works really well. Love the champagne color and lots of good features.

This washer is amazing!! It gets my clothes so clean and fresh! It is fairly quiet and has many different settings! I was my king size blanket in there with no problems and there is still room inside for it to wash and move around effectively. I am very happy to have this washer! What a blessing !

I had a Samsung Washer for about 10-12 years. I had no problems with it until the computer went out and the replacement was discontinued. I had such good luck with my first Samsung washer I decided to just stick with that brand. Hopefully that wasn't a fluke and the brand continues to sell great products.

The washer operates well, simple to operate. But when I had a question for my salesperson, I could not even call my local store. The national call center could not help me. Very irritating. I write a negative Yelp review.

Washer is a beauty to look at and that is it. I just recently jad this hooked up although I brought it in Sept because it was for my new home I was waiting to move into. Ok so once we had it leveled properly the washer rocks when spinning like it is walking.

Size and look is great. Washes no problem but does need to be cleaned/per maintenance instructions or there will be an odor from the drain, seal and tub. Appeared to be a great design and durable product, until it started to leak around the seal, out the bottom of the door and onto my floor. I had my LG for 8yrs and no issues.

This is the third washing machine I have purchased within the last ten years and it is by far the best. In previous years I could count on a full day of washing for my family of five now its done it literally half the time. Definition worth the purchase.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any order. I bought this washer dryer may 30th and they told me I had everything needed to stack them. They attempted to delivery 4 times and didn’t have what they needed because communication is so bad in this company. I was told I would get a gift card for my trouble or money back and never got anything. I have never been this mistreated by any brand and can’t believe all your empty promises. They didn’t even fully install my delivery because I have carpet in my new build?

Good value washer, not amazing but is the best best bang for buck

Disappointed. Both the washer and dryer came in dented, damaged.

We replaced a 13 year old Samsung and we decided to replace it with the new model. Very happy with the unit but the biggest factor was that it was delivered in a little over a week. The only complaint is that the end of cycle alarm is annoying.

This is our 2nd Samsung washer. We sold our condo and had to leave this one behind but went out and bought another one for our new place. The Steam function is very useful and we also like the quick wash cycle that cleans lightly soiled items in 22 minutes.

Hey! If you love your sheets and pillowcases wadded into a tight, wet ball - this is the dryer for you!! Enjoy wrinkles?? Damp clothes? And an annoying alarm that won't seem to turn off?? Order now! Seriously - WORST. DRYER. EVER. I'm SO MAD I'm stuck with a brand new - nearly thousand dollar dryer that is 500% worse than my ten year-old Kenmore - that I ONLY replaced because the washer gave out and I wanted a new, matching set. HORRIBLE.

We purchased this washer in March 2022 to replace a similar Samsung that lasted less than 3 yrs. This one is knocking and shaking on spin, just out of warranty. Yes, its level and I know the normal sounds, this is beating itself to death all of a sudden and has some major manufacturers defect (shocks, counterweights, bearing, who knows). The next one will not be a Samsung. Dont make the same mistake.

Great experience from the sales staff to the truly awesome delivery guys. They were the same guys as my last two appliances in the last few years and i love them. I wish i could complement them by name but sadly i forget...they deserve a bonus!

Not expected as Maytag. The price is too high for the quality.

Very good washer. Has nice dashboard with intuitive controls.and it is polite: gives me a second chance to add more clothes before the final shutdown of the door Doesn’t wrinkle or twist clothes which was the reason I returned my LG washer after having it for one week

This washer seemed fine the first time we used it, but something fell apart inside the 2nd time we used it and it started banging and shaking and jumping around. I figured it was an uneven load in the spin cycle. Stopped, re-arranged clothes, started again and the same thing happened. It was VERY LOUD. One successful load completed and then trash. We returned the washer and matching dryer and bought LG units in the same price range. We are very happy with the LG units.
