    The first one had a leaking discharge hose, so Best Buys ordered me a new one. The second one would not take in enough water to even get the clothes wet. I changed to a Different Make and Model, and hopefully will be very happy with it.

    This is washer last a year and half! A bearing came off and repairing it was going to be more costly than a new washer. Its frustrating! DO NOT BUY.. We will not go with Samsung ever again.

    Totally unhappy with the product and service. The washer leaked and Best Buy did nothing and had to get Samsung to come fix the washer. Bad product, bad service.
