    Washer seems to work well. I especially like the faster wash cycles. I replaced a similar 10 yr old Samsung washer. Unfortunately this one seems much louder and the clunky vibrations and banging sounds makes me concerned it may not last long. I was happy with the Best Buy delivery and install.

And I want to apologize if this one seems much louder and has clunky vibrations and banging sounds. Samsung washers are generally very quiet, and most noises are either normal or can be easily corrected.

    It worked brilliantly, until it didn't. The spin cycle began making a godawful noise and thank goodness it was still in warranty. Samsung sent a tech out. He declared it dead and Samsung took over from there. All told, it's fine
