It doesn't wash white towels in hot water. It doesn't run without a lot of mechanical noises. It requires a self-cleaning process of 5 hours/monthly. That requires bleach into the soap dispenser and it runs right through and on to my foot because I didn't know I had to have the door closed. It doesn't have adequate access to the bleach dispenser to handle a half gal container w/out spilling on my foot. It is pre-programmed to half assed settings. When the power is out it reverts to a different cycle than what was set/ using. It destroyed a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. I am 82, live alone, have Costco bath towels and bath mats (dirty) and this machine is totally inadequate for my use. Dingy, thy name is Samsung.
