Quiet, clothes come out really clean & preset cycles seem to work perfectly. Unfortunately, Best Buy delivery was awful & the installers damaged my machine. Waiting for a replacement. Was told on backorder.

Incredible Machine

We got the matching dryer with this as well and not only do they look great but they work incredible. Many options of wash settings and is not loud at all. We even got the same set for my family as well and they feel the same. If you would like a state of the art new washer and even dryer, look here, Samsung did great yet again.

The washer also looks really good and solid. Really quiet, doesn't make too much noise. After cycle is done, it plays a jingle, which is annoying, but it can be turn off on the settings. Overall, great quality.

The first time it startled me it was so loud. I would also have the washer door open on the opposite side for ease of shifting clothes to dryer but it is not a huge deal for me. The clothes do seem really clean and I like the extra features and ease of use.
