Washed my dirty pants that i used for some the major home remodeling project, after it was done pants came out even cleaner than they were before when they were new. Delivery was excellent, this guys came in put everything together within minutes, were very nice and respectful and super professional, great great job overall, can’t thank them enough.

I have had the same washing machine and dryer for 15 years. The time came to purchase something new and I decided on this Samsung set. I love it. It does a great job and is super quiet. I have used it for small loads and to wash a king sized quilt. It is amazing and I am very happy with the decision that I made.

The delivery got a bit messy as we have a narrow private road into the area. This was noted at the time of purchase but didn't get onto the final order paperwork. We had to wait an additional week for the delivery. The delivery was flawless once the smaller truck was engaged. The delivery crew were positive, knowledgeable and answered all kinds of questions.

Lots of options & settings. Has a self clean button. Plays a nice song when cycle ends! Child lock can be turned on & off which is nice. First front load for us. No smell or musty smell - leave door open half hour then I close it. No problems!

It really spins and turns and gets cloths clean in a very efficient manner. I have nothing bad to say about his machine at all. Very happy with our purchase.

We gave them to her as a housewarming gift. She says it's beautiful in appearance, easy to use, and makes washing and drying clothes a breeze. Have owned several Samsung products over the years. Time will tell of course, but, the good name of Samsung was why we went with this set.

They are very nice looking. They stack very well. The Geek Squad did a great job of install. Kudos to them. They are easy to use so far. Cloths appear to be clean. I have a couple of small issues. I wish there was a prewash cycle. I know there is a presoak but that is not a prewash. The other issue I have is how do you know when the steam is applied? I watched the entire wash cycle with a very powerful flashlight and could not determine when it was applied if it was. There is no indicator light to indicate when it is being applied and the manual is no help at all as is the Samsung website no help. There is a lot of wonderful talk about the steam but no way to know when it is being applied or even if it is working. We got a great deal on the sale price which is why we upgraded from our LG front loader. The inability to know when and if the steam is being applied is an issue. The If is a big question for me. How do you know if it has stopped working down the road??

I know others have said it needs to be back lit but I am able to see exactly the water temp, rinses, and spin amount without any trouble. I have had the washer for a couple of weeks now and it is working great! I have not yet had the need to use the steam cycle.
