BUT, it shakes VIOLENTLY and is SUPER LOUD while spinning. We did all the troubleshooting on this and it didn't help. It was professionally installed, but we just couldn't handle the noise and vibration. We ended up returning it and getting a top load washer again. I'm not sure if it is the brand or if all front loaders do it, but we are sticking with top loaders now, unfortunately.

John ? was great and showed me many options in various price ranges. The delivery went very well. The young men from Texas were very friendly and courteous. The washer....its a dream to have a washer that finally gets clothes clean. Thank you Best Buy Woodbury, I will definitely be shopping there when I get my new matching dryer in a few months
