    All the features, more than I will probably ever use. Benefits for me personally; having the controls on the front of the machine as I have a water heater over one of the machines, front loading so I don’t have to hang over the edge to get all the laundry from the drum. The color is nice, I picked it based on availability not out of desire to have a bougie washer/dryer setup.

    Incredible cleaning power. We have a load a week that needs the sanitize feature and the items come out like new. Most of my loads are the opposite and washed on delicate and are also throughly cleaned yet not over spun or tangled. The seal self drains so it is easier to clean also another pro!

    After not getting my washer for almost 3 weeks when I did get my washer the men who came was kind courteous and very respectful. They set my washer up explain how it works and how to clean it.     Purchased as an identical replacement of an 11 year old Samsung washer, but disappointed in the new unit's quality and performance after 2 weeks in service. The washer shakes violently and makes noise during the spin cycle. Called the Best Buy installer to check on the problem and he confirmed that the installation was done correctly. The installer recommended to replace the unit.

    Replaced my whirlpool with this set. It’s so much bigger and quieter with so many options! My king size comforter fits it the washer and dryer. After reading some other reviews, I do leave the door open in between washings to avoid smell.
