    It washes great and is almost noiseless except when on the spin cycle. When it's on the spin cycle, I have it on two bars but it still spins very aggressively. The many different settings is a plus as I can adjust it to every wash.

    Dries everything evenly. Quiet machine. Many options. I’ve never used it for more than 30 minutes. Lint trap is easy to open and clean. Large capacity provides space for clothes to tumble.

    I had a Samsung washing machine since 2009. It finally went out this month of July 2021. I compared pricing with Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and best buy. I went with Best buy because I had points and I was able to use my points to lower the price with the installation. Good job with the hook up Best buy. The delivery people were very professional and efficient. They know what they were doing. No scratched floor or banged doors or walls. The new Samsung Load washer is so nice and quiet. I'm so happy with their product that this is the 2nd Samsung washing machine I bought since 2009. I might need to save up to buy the matching dryer. But it might be later as the gas version is more expensive than the electric version.

    I purchased the washer and dryer, they are great. The delivery and set up was a nightmare. First scheduled appointment for delivery, they forgot the stacking kit. It took two additional deliveries as a result of a damaged product. The final delivery still resulted in a damaged product. The Albany Ny store has yet to return my call. Overall the service was horrendous.
