A modern unit that pairs seamlessly with it's dryer counterpart. A lot of great features including steam. A quiet, large capacity, efficient washer. Easy operation.

Purchased just before Christmas at a sale price of $600. So far it has worked great. It is easy to use, it doesn't leak, and it is very quiet. It cleans very well, although I haven't tried the steam setting yet.

We love this washer. It is super quite and does a great job. There are several different settings for different washes and the great Steam option. Highly recommened

Purchased the champagne color with a pedestal and it is just really attractive in my laundry room. The washer is quiet, does a great job and even serenades me when the cycle is over so I can transfer the clothes to the dryer. Easy to operate, tells me exactly how long the wash will take and does a good job. I would recommend.

Excellent washer. Replaces an old LG TROM. Bought specifically because the price was right, it had a steam cycle (had steam cycle on previous washer....can't live without steam cycle)! IT'S QUIET; like front loaders; efficient If you buy this model be careful using Quick cycle. Probably good for heavy items like jeans, heavy jackets etc, but seemed rough on clothes like t shirts, underwear etc. This machine will be 1 yr old on 12.29.2020 Very pleased with it.

Had to move during the pandemic. Needed a washer and dryer. Luckily BB was still delivering. We unwrapped it and installed it ourselves, no problem. It washes well, is very quiet. Lots of cycles that you can modify to your liking. I will not that every time I wash my little ones’ clothes a single tiny sock gets stuck caught in the door rubber. I take it out and squeeze it dry. Not a big deal, just a funny thing.

Very efficient and quiet washing machine. Easy to load and operate, with several laundry options. I have a third floor laundry room and am very pleased with the low vibration during the spin cycle. Savings on my water bill and electrical bill are very noticeable. Best Buy Geek Squad was the best at installing in a small space. Very professional and nice.

Great washer, lots of settings although ive only used 2 of them. Love that i can adjust the wash / rinse and spin cycles to create my own custom setting. Self cleaning is quite nifty on this unit too. Being almost 3 years old, doesnt look as pretty but have had zero issues and works better than any washer ive had before.

We love our new washer and dryer. It’s quiet, energy efficient and holds tons of clothing. We love the color we chose and would definitely purchase again!

I bought this washer in October 2019. So far, I have not had anybody issues. The washer is nice and quiet. My clothes are clean and I am pleased with how they clothes feel when I remove them from the washer. Previously I had a Samsung washer that I bought in 2010 and the drum broke and I had to purchase this one. I got nine years out of the other one. I hope to get at least the same number of years from this one. The manufacturer does not make them whereby they last 15 or more years anymore. One thing I did have to do is read the manual to ensure that I knew how to use it.

First of all I love the color. Samsung brought cool features and washer gets the job done. It is also quiet while it spins and would recommend!

We purchased this item to replace and old washer & dryer set that had taken care of business for almost 15 years. We researched a bit looking for something that had all of the functions that we needed and none of the extras we didn’t need. This unit won us over. We were planning on re-doing the laundry room so the color was another aspect that we liked. Something different than the usual black or stainless style look. To date, the unit does an excellent job handling the cleaning tasks for a household of 5. Great purchase.

I've had this washer for a few months now and I'm still in love. It's user friendly, visually appealing, quiet, and efficient.

We are very happy with the washer and dryer. Cleans her clothes well fairly quiet except for larger loads as we have the pedestals which shake a little bit if the load isn’t waited correctly. We were told when we looked at this washer at a different store that we ultimately bought from Best Buy, that the washer door could be turned around, that is not correct and that is our only disappointment with the pair
