    So i like this washing machine but my biggest complaint is the spin cycle. You cant put the fabtic siftener in at the beginning of the cycle. You have to wait until the rinse cycle starts. This a bummer

      Hi there,
      I understand you are having issues with how to place fabric softener inside of the washer. You can actually just place the softener inside of the dispenser. The washer will dispense the softener at the correct time in the cycle. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad Samsung

    Very nice (and quiet) washer. The washer is lower to the ground than our last one. Wish we had room for the pedestal. Works well, but that is expected for a new unit.

    Best washer! Replaced my old washer and this one is 1) huge 2) cleans great 3) doesn't have the smell problems of old front loads. Self clean cycle is awesome.

    My 15 yr old washer just died this is the perfect washer to introduce me into next gen of laundry machines it’s somewhat digital and simple. I’m not ready for the ultra technical washers out there this is modern but very simple.
