Apparently my ex-wife is still linked to my account which is sweet for me. I know her "handyman" broke her last dryer and she's so rich she bought this new washer/dryer set. From what I can tell our son's clothes are clean so I say it works as advertised.

Excellent machine. I love how easy it is to use, the color, the many options for different washing cycles, and mostly the fact that it does not "jump around" like my old LG did. It is HUGE. I can do 2-3 loads in 1 now. Huge time saver.

I did a review on this washer 2 weeks ago. Now that I’ve had, and used for nearly a month, I like it as much as the first day I received it.

I enjoy the digital controls on the front of the machine. I really like how the front loader gets the clothes clean and the sanitary function is great. Leaving the door open to air dry between load is a great idea, however it drips residue on the floor. Minor clean up, but it keeps the machine from mildew on the inside. We have found that if you use too much dry soap it will harden in the dispenser, which you can clean out easily. I prefer liquid soap. Great machine.

Every part of the process was top shelf. The sales person was great and very efficient. The product has been perfect. The delivery and installation was flawless. The team from the Geek Squad went over and above while they were here.

This washer far exceeds our expectations. So simple to use and it cleans the clothes far better than our old washer ever did.

Love the self cleaning feature. Don’t have to worry about drawstrings getting caught in the agitator any more. The spin cycle on high is insane. No more soaking clothes going in the dryer. Would give it 5 stars but you cannot customize every cycle.

Was not happy that the doors to washer and dryer were on opposite sides the delivery guys said they could only change it or I paid them 50 dollars. I spent a lot of money in this set it would’ve been nice to have the doors I. The same direction

Fantastic washer. Clothes are clean and fresh. Love the steam option to sanitize bedding. Quiet and little vibration.

It works great and has all the functions I need in a washer. Looks super cool and design is awesome. I will be buying a dryer soon

Great Washer. Cycles are perfect. Love the steam feature for wash. No vibration even when on highest spin level. Not crazy about the tune it plays after cycle is complete. Wish the pedestals where cheaper.

Works great so far. Overall very quiet. Beautiful color. Still trying to learn the differences front load and top load.

We bought this almost 3 years, it worked good... but it started rattling so bad! and then leaking from to bottom... and I found this... didnt get the extended warranty so i have to get a new one... just not another samsung....

My clothes feel so much cleaner with this new machine. They come out smelling fresher and I can’t believe how much faster they are to dry because the spin cycle removes so much water! So happy I made the purchase.

So far we like our new Washer. Great easy to use features and large capacity. Have only had it for 2 weeks but like it so far.

This is an outstanding washer. I have the pair and you would not want to hide behind doors . Washes perfect and with bigger capacity washing bedding is a breeze.

Just moved into a new home and left our other washer and set set at our old home. I definitely can see the difference on how after 6 years of using my old ones compared to an upgrade of change can really make on your laundry! Plus I love the color.

Over all I have no issues with this washer its super quite. Many option's to choose from when selecting what you need to wash. The only I'll say I think it could do better job with removing stains

Bought this to replace a similar Samsung unit that suffered a major drive failure after 8 years. Easy to install, better drum design, more selection on the controls. Has 5 different settings for temperature, soil level and number of rinses.

Solid washing machine. So far not a single issue. I haven't tested all washing features yet but from my weekly use with a decent family size, this thing gets the job done.
