Excellent Washer, recently upgraded from an older model and we are highly satisfied with our purchase. Stackable feature comes in handy as well as it saves space and operations perfectly. The Steam feature is a must have.

Splurged on a set after our dryer went out. The steam function is a nice addition to an at home unit. Having no internal agitator means more space for larger loads. The "cycle is done" tune. Though. It'll drive you crazy after a while.

I am very impressed by all of the options. I did not think that the Steam option was something that I needed. But, I have had an on going problem with mildew in my towel and wash clothes. I even went online to discover that the process for getting ride of that smell was to add boiling water to the washer and do two cycles of wash. one with baking soda and one with vinegar. A lengthy process. With this washer the Steam or the Sanitize settings removes that mildew smell completely. Problem solved.

Easy to use and washes very well. My sons baseball pants are super white right after washing.

I purchased this machine is to replace my previous Samsung washer. This machine works well, I like the bigger size and all the customizable settings. The color nice. Overall the Samsung washers and dryers have been good machines.

The product is great. The installation gets 0 *'s. There is a locking bolt for shipping and moving. You need it to move the washer. They took it off, but didn't give that to me. Now I have to find the part in order to move the washer. See page 21 of the manual

Fantastic purchase !! We love our Samsung washer / dryer combo. We checked with all other vendors and Best Buy had the perfect combination of pricing and availability. In-store customer service was top notch ! Highly recommended

Gray washer! We had an LG for eight years and was skeptical about buying another brand. This Samsung it’s just as good if not better. It is really proud of itself when it finishes a cycle and sings a long song.

My previous washer Maytag was horrible. Being only 6 months old I decided to replace with this Samsung as I had read reviews and it offered the most for my money. Love love love it.

The washer is so good! I enjoy the control I have over there soil of clothing and the how much of a rinse I want and the spin cycle. I also enjoy thw different options for different clothing or material.

I am absolutely in love with my champagne washer. The size is pretty good and I am able to wash double of what I could in the past. I love the color, the design and how modern it is. This is definitely a “Best Buy” experience.

I have to say that I am really Impressed by the technology that Samsumg put in all their product I bought this for my wife and she's very happy with it we haven't tried all the features but it seems pretty good so far.

This washing machine was purchased as a com o with the matching dryer, and I love it it cleans great and is quite if loaded properly. It does seem to have some vibration issues if under loaded

Love my new Samsung washer and dryer. The only issue with the dryer is the lint filter. I have to take a screw driver to open it. Not the best filter design I've ever seen.

Love my new washing machine. The only concern I have is that condensation seems to stay inside and it is still very wet when I open for the next cycle. I leave the door slightly ajar after use so mold doesn't build up inside the machine.

This is the most expensive washer I have ever owned. I usually get cheap ones and see how long they last. No issues yet but it’s only been a year. It’s got more settings than most others. The look is very classy.

This is our first front loader. When we purchased it, we didn't realize that the rubber seal needs to be regularly cleaned! HOWEVER, this model has an auto-clean feature, and that makes all the difference in our complete satisfaction!

Perfect size and durability. Family of 4 and able to fit plenty of clothes for a full, clean wash cycle. Door does not slam shut either which is nice for when you want to air your washer out and not run into the door.

Works great, no issues at all. Winterizes well. The only annoying thing is that pausing it even at the beginning requires a very long timeout lock which is super annoying if you have to add something.

Great deal and bought the pedestal also great washer our last Samsung washer we had over 15 years. I think all the moving we made did not help it last longer. Very heavy have it delivered and hooked up by Best Buy
