Great washing machine overall. It looks great and cleans well. The only issue is that the light is dim but that’s not really a big deal.

Use them for all of my apartments. My residents love them!

I like the large range of options for cycles, like sanitation which I've used multiple times.

Had it for a month with no problems. Does a great job cleaning clothes and the fast cycle is a great option to shorten wash time.

3rd washer same product in the last 3 years. The first were leaking at the front load entrance and the most recent one was the really loud spin cycle which apparently is common issue.

Machine has been working fine all the while. No complain

The installers were very professional and nice personality. They maintained good communication skills through out the installation time.

Two things I enjoy about this machine is 1) quick wash option which I believe washes in 20 minutes 2) steam option works great for stains

Efficient, beautiful machine. Digital panel may prove problematic in the future. It takes a bit of pressure to start machine. Cycles run long.

Best Buy deliver persons installed the washer quickly and taught me how to maintenance the machine.

Love the wash machine only thing I dislike is the tub is very deep in the clothes get stuck back there they’re hard to get to.

Had older version. This one is quieter. Do not like the flush buttons. The installation crew was absolutely terrible and did not hook up the hoses appropriately that led to flooding of our laundry room. They also said they could not stack this with dryer so bought the stack kit - a stack kit was inside the drum. They were worthless

My story is a long one, the short version is that I used to have a front loader washing machine, and I had memories of my parents too loading machine doing a load in 15 minutes. That reality seams to be lost as we moved to a top loader that took 2 hours to run and the clothing on top had a high likelihood of being dry at the end. I got so frustrated with it, that I sold my 1 year old top loader and went back to a front loading washing machine. (This machine). Not only are my clothes cleaner, they’re all clean, they’re also much drier coming out of the washer so my drier runs for less time, but a cycle is also 45 minutes. I’m so happy to be back to a reasonable time for a washing cycle that I almost look forward to replacing the door gasket when ever it decides to fail. (Which was part of the reason I left the front loaders in the first place, along with the run times). I honestly have no regrets to getting this washer, I love the thing, and I’m a 45 year old man. (Some day everyone’s life is much happier when stuff just works)

Bought this for my mother two weeks ago and she had not indicated that the the product has been unreliable or something she didn’t won’t .

No complaints as far as features and functionality; however, I recommend measuring your washroom before buying as the door swings out very far.

Thi washer has many settings, I love that I can stack with my dryer. its a bit on the smaller side conpared to my old top loader.

I like my washer, I can wash big loads with such ease the only thing I don’t like about it is that it’s too delicate, it dents very easily
