    This washer is garbage Best Buy came to set it up during the week and did a test wash while they were here. When I was ready to do the laundry later that day, the thing wouldn't unlock. After a while of reading instructions and watching videos I stopped trying. A couple of days later the thing unlocked all by itself. Because the door was closed for a couple of days with water in it, the washer caught a bad smell that would not go away. I traded the samsung for a Maytag set
