Mainboard goes out on these

After some online research, it appears it happens a lot with these Samsungs. Yes it is under warranty but it took 2 weeks for a repairman to come look at it, and now he says the mainboard is out and they will order one but it could be weeks before it comes in. If the mainboard can just go out after 4 months of using it, what is to stop it from happening every 4 months for the life of the product? And once the 1 year warranty is up then what? I pay to replace a mainboard every 4 months and don't have a wash machine 25% of the time? Do yourself a favor. Find a better product.

I have used the washer at least 60+ loads so far and have had no issues with smell or other problems. I do wipe the inner door and seals area each time to avoid mildew along with leaving the door open a bit. It is a small inconvenience to put up with but is nice to get clothes out without having to dig down in a top loader like I previously had too.

I am still learning what settings work best for certain items. I used the steam function for the first time and it removed spots from my jacket that I couldn't get out. It also makes my whites brighter. I also have used the add in laundry door several times, which I thought I would rarely use it.

It's got a large capacity for larger loads. Clothes don't tangle up, the settings are easy to use and there are lots of options for all kinds of needs. You can add clothes even after the cycle has started which is nice. It's a great washer!

Bought when we moved into our last house. Recently moved and needed another set. Went right back to them. 1st set was a top load washer. Went with the front load this time.
