Not a good investment

Unfortunately 6 mos after my 1 year warranty ran out, the washer decided to stop draining! I’ve done everything on my side (snaked the drain pipe to the house) and it’s still not draining! Note I have to call and get it repaired! I would NOT recommend getting this washer

Great Overall, One Water Issue

Only concern is that when I run the machine on Normal setting, there is a pool of water that doesn't drain completely. I've run it on Speed Wash setting and it drains fine. Not sure what that is about.

Machine works pretty good

Apart fell off while the guys were moving it I did notice till I was 100 miles away. I called them did not try to help. It was the pump cover. It will run without it but would be better with it

It doesn’t shake the whole house like our old one. Very modern in design. Touch controls are very user-friendly. Despite the bells and whistles, we usually judge the quality of washer by how “fresh” the clothes come out. This passed all our check marks. Definitely a recommended product.
