Items are a lot drier when removed and less residue buildup. This area has very poor water quality. Also less energy waste all around. They definitely use a lot less water than a top loader. Loads of settings for ones particular washing needs. Have to be careful not to put too many heavy wet towels in it or laundry detergent, gets glitchy.

Leaking front door on TWO units
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this washer and dryer combo as we needed a stackable setup for our situation. Worked great for 6 months then a leak started from the door seal. Samsung couldn’t find anyone to service it so they replaced it... 4 month wait for replacement due to covid. Best Buy was great throughout the process. They came a few days ago removed old and installed new unit no issues. Ran the first load and this brand new one is also leaking from the door... absolutely ridiculous, called Samsung and waiting on a reply for ANOTHER attempt to repair... or possible replacement which we will refuse as I am not risking another failure. The dryer has been great... I will never buy Samsung again however.

Had to wait another week for the product which caused an issue with the installation I paid for and ultimately wasn’t able to do laundry for the entire week because they hauled my old appliances away before they told me I was not able to get the installation issue resolved the same day.
