Excellent washer works amazingly and I recommend it to all who need a new washer.

I bought another Samsung washer after my last one broke. I had asked the repairman who came out to pronounce the Samsung I had bought in 2011 was not going to be economical to repair (the spidel broke on back of drum which drive belt was attached), which brand he would recommend. He said that he would go with a Samsung. He stated that the problem which caused the spidels to break prematurely had been corrected. I must say that this improved model runs much quieter that my last one and seems to clean the clothes better to boot.

I had an earlier model of this washer and loved it so when it was ready to be retired I looked to replace it with the same. This one is much the same as the one it replaced with a few minor changes. All-in-all I am very pleased with this Washer and plan on getting another 8 of 10 years of reliable service from it as I did with the one it replaced.

I Purchased this a month ago from the Compton store. The sales staff was extremely friendly and my delivery arrived on schedule. The washer and matching dryer and pedestals look great in my laundry room. They actually work extremely well. No problems with washing or drying. The washing machine is extremely quiet when in use

Do I need to say more.....Of course :-) Loving my washer and the bells and whistles on it and the smart feature is amazing. Watching tv and the notifications come on that your load is finished. I have not used all the feature yet, but the clothes are looking and smelling better.

Getting one delivered and installed without the delivery guys damaging it or it having dents/scratches from the factory was a nightmare! It took 7 deliveries to get one that wasn't damaged. The first 2 deliveries were Geek Squads' fault, the rest were Samsung's (damaged during production). Samsung needs to take a look at its quality control processes. After 7 weeks (had to wait a whole week every time we had to set up a new delivery) of dealing with this madness and having to waste 7 vacation days, which I am now out of- thanks Best Buy, we finally had a winner. Other than all of that madness, the washer does work pretty well and it is very quiet. Having always owned a top load washer, it is a bit of a pain to dry it out every time we are finished with it for the day, in order to prevent the curse of the front load stench. Ours has not produced any odors as of yet- we've owned it for about 3 weeks at the time of this review. This washer does do a good job at getting clothes clean; even when the super speed wash is used. Not being able to turn the button press tones off is ridiculous though.

I love my new smart washer and dryer set . It came with all the bells and whisles , the washer has so many settings to choose from and is easy to operate. I like the fact that you can connect it to your smart phone and can stop and start from anywhere or at anytime. The quality is great and the price was very good...

This washer is absolutely amazing and so quiet! We had originally gotten the Samsung Addwash model but the unit was defective. It walked itself everywhere, pounding into walls, even when washing just socks and underwear on the lowest setting. It was a bit bulky as well. This one gives the feel of being more modernized and it is! I even get a notification on my phone if my husband put too much in the wash. Lol. Will never look back!

Counter balance weight sheered off after 2 years and 4 months. This caused tub damage. We don't overload the washing machine. Samsung offered to extend the warranty on parts (which I do appreciate), but the service is ~500 plus the initial 100 for the repair company to come to the house. So for the repair I'd be out over 600 for washers that are now running at $850 new... sigh. The image below is the piece that sheered off.

I've had this washer for about a year and a half and no real complaints thus far. Runs guiet, hardly vibrates at all during spin cycle and overall easy to use. Smart feature is a little difficult to figure out but, lets be honest, who buys a washer with the intent of running it remotely?

Large capacity can handle my body pillow with ease, or several queen size blankets and get it all clean. Option for multiple rinses for heavily soiled items, and extra spin cycle for line-drying faster or using less dryer time. I love that it chimes on my phone (via Alexa through SmartThings) to tell me when a load is done. I can also check with my phone to see how much time is left on the cycle. The display is easy to read, and easy to use. Love that it also has a bedding cycle to handle the blankets/pillows! And it also alerts you to run a "clean" cycle when needed. I am very happy with this machine, and recommend it highly.

The washing machine does a good job of washing clothes, but it develops a horrible smell about once a week. I have to run a short cycle with bleach to get rid of the smell. It also has a filter on the bottom left that needs to be cleaned periodically. I've never had a washing machine that had a filter before.

I am soooo satisfied with my new machine. The preset settings make it a breeze to choose the appropriate selection. It’s very quiet. My clothes come out spotless and when it’s all done, providing you connect it to your network, you’ll get a text when it’s done washing!!! Amazing! Go get you one!

I bought this washer to replace the earlier model that finally gave out after 14 years of continuous daily use with a family of 7 including teenagers. I was so impressed with how long it lasted that it only made sense to replace it with the same newer model. It’s been several years now and it’s still working like a champ.

We are very happy with our purchase! The machine itself is very easy to use. Very spacious interior - fits large loads of laundry and cleans everything very well. At first, I was unsure about the alert when the cycle is complete - but now I really appreciate it over any buzzer any day.

This washing machine has been incredible! My whites are coming out whiter than ever! It washes large loads of laundry, and gets things so clean! My favorite thing though, is that it connects to wifi, and I can check it's status at any time on my phone. And it sends a notification to my phone when the cycle has finished, so I don't forget to switch the clothes over to the dryer! You won't be disappointed with this purchase!
