So far so good... 2..! As with it's matching dryer, it's a beautiful appliance. It has a very large interior as well, and also a number of setting's to suit my need's. It washes the way a washer should, with no complaint's thus far.

First new washer in over 20 years. They’ve come along way. The cool thing about having Wi-Fi enabled washer is that it notifies you on your phone when it’s done. That is very helpful when your washer is in the basement and away from where you can hear it.

I've had this machine for just about 6 years. I just called to see about replacing the DD motor on this model, was told only way was for me to pay to have a technician come out and then they would replace only the cost of the motor. It will not spin anymore and the motor is completely cover with a brown dust, which has even coated the floor some. For having a 10 year warranty on the DD motor, it is toasted at less then 6 and Samsung wants to make sure you pay someone else to repair their bad motor. Do your research, you will see countless reviews on how long Samsung products actually last. You will also find reviews that show you what your money will get with others... LG currently has 6 models holding the first 6 top slots in Consumer Reports. You will also learn that washing machines should get more then 6 years of "life". Shop wisely, buyer beware.

Delivery men were on time and did a great job removing the old machine and installing the new one. I’ve only used this one for one weeks wash, but so far its been great. Really liking the Speed cycle for certain loads. My last Samsung only lasted five years, It could not be repaired, however I had purchased the extended warranty and Best Buy stood behind the warranty and let me choose any other washing machine comparable to the one that I had. Since my machine is no longer being made, I couldn’t get the exact one that matched my dryer, but it’s not bad. I can live with it. I did choose to stay with Samsung. I’ve had Samsung in the past with absolutely no issues, so I’m hoping that I made the right decision. The washing machine did fit on my existing pedestal (which I was concerned about). I will update this review if anything changes, but so far it looks like I made the right choice.

Had this washer for a little more than a month and I the only issue on it is the drum is a little noisy on the spin cycle and sometimes you hear a knocking sound when it starts the cycle. Other than that, I am satisfied with the washer but only time will tell.

The main issue with this washer is that it needs to be dried out after each use that it will remain unused more than 24 hours. Otherwise you can expect it to start smelling... and if it goes 4 or 5 days it will get odorous. The window will steam up and the seals in the door will begin to mildew. My routine is to use it for two or three loads and then to use a towel to dry the seals. I will also dry out the soap dispenser. I usually also leave the door open and the soap dispenser least 12 hours to allow it to dry. As far as washing it gets the job done. I use the quick wash setting frequently and I find it to be gentler on my clothes and to do a more t.han adequate job. All of this said I do not recommend this unit do to the quality of the dryer. It turned out that my old machine was not leaking, it was the water heater, I still am happy with this new washer as it does a better job cleaning and it is faster. I also like it reporting to my phone and Google home.

Wife loves the new washer. Nice smart features get phone notifications as well as on the tv (samsung). only issue that we have seen so far is that the wifi has to be started manually for each wash. this should be an always on feature.

Had this for a few weeks now, love it and its fun smart features. Samsung products are the best, not my first samsung purchase and definitely not my last, You cannot go wrong with this !!

Very reliable. Looks great, and very easy to use. You can use the Samsung app and download a custom program to send to the machine as well if you like very specific settings for a cycle that you use frequently.

This machine is everything I'd hoped for. It has a lot of great features, including many different and customizable wash cycles. It is very quiet and looks great. I'm very happy with this washer.

I accidentally posted the washer review to the dryer. Overall, I like the washer. It does a good job and has a very large capacity. My one complaint is that I have to download an app (for some, no big deal, for me, big deal) to get some custom settings.

This washer is great! With it's variety of settings, you can fine tune your load to the clothes you are cleaning. The controls are easy to work, loads of space to work with. A little on the expensive side but we found it on sale and it was a perfect buy.

Washer does an excellent job of cleaning clothes and I have had no issues. Like any front load washer you need to leave the door ajar when not using for vent purposes to prevent mildew.

no hoses included don’t forget to purchase them. amazing washer excellent quality and ease of use. top metal is thin and susceptible to dents just from moving. despite this - highly recommend

We love Samsung Washer and Dryers! We had a set before, but left it with a property when we moved because our new house had a set. BUT the set was another brand that we did not love! Great capacity, many washing and drying options. LOVE IT!

I am happy with this purchase. Amazing machine and I am glad I got a front load. It's my first one I have ever owned. I haven't had any problems so far. Delivery was faster than I imagined especially since I am still waiting on furniture I ordered 6 weeks ago. the delivery guys Oscar and Albert were fast, efficient and answered all my questions. They made sure everything was installed correctly and functional. I will buy from Best Buy again and I highly recommend them. I had several nightmares from other companies so I know what I am talking about.

delivered on 11/27. After 1 month everything is 100 and working as intended. beautiful looks, and quiet. Nice cycle end tune/song too. I haven't setup every thing and used every cycle yet but so far 5 stars

We previously purchased a Samsung and loved it. When it was time to purchase a new washer we wanted a Samsung. Our new Samsung washer is very nice, it is a front load washer with 4.5 cu.ft.

Replaced our old Samsung Washer with a much newer upgraded model. This model has more washing options, downloadable washing "recipes", and is much quieter than our previous Samsung machine.
