Works well. However with only two weeks of having it, it has many scratches already. I would suggest not to put anything on top. It’s very delicate.

I made a Great decision on this washer/dryer combo.

So far so good. I have the machine for a month but I love it already.

This machine broke within the first two weeks. We used twice with no issues. Then every load after that water leaked from behind the water filter on the lower left of the machine. We ended up with such a puddle of water as the drum was being filled. Looked to make sure the filter hadn't come loose or something which was unlikely because no one touched the filter but called Geek Squad technician and we walked through to determine the cause of the leak. It was behind the filter housing. If you are able to see the pictures, notice the lip of the filter is NOT where the water was coming from. It was either coming from above the housing or else where. This machine is a piece of junk. I should have read the review more carefully but it doesn't matter because now I have this problem. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty so let's see where this goes. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAMSUNG FOR WASHERS. Do your due diligence by carefully looking at comsumer reports and others that had bad experience due to the function of the machine and not because it was delivered late or it had a slight scratch from delivery or the installers left foot prints on the floor. Stay away from Samsung washing machines.

Purchased this machine about 2 years ago but it didnt get installed until about a year and a couple months after since my house was under construction. It finally got installed and it worked normally for about a month or two. Then after, the machine hasnt consistently done any wash cycle or self clean cycle. The machine stops mid wash cycle, no matter what cycle is selected. Samsung sent the technicans over to "fix" the machine three times only for the technician to test all the connections and tell me that the connections are working. The machine at the end of it still doesnt work and samsung gave the option of buying a new machine...when I am still paying for this machine. I have been a long term samsung product user and with this experience, I wont be buying anything Samsung ever again.

Bought in June 21/2021. It started making very loud clunking noise when spinning in 1/2022. It took 3 weeks for Samsung repairman to come. The washer has a broken cement that was supposed to weigh down the drum when it spin. It was not repairable. Samsung expects the owner to drag the broken washer back to Bestbuy for a credit? The Samsung repair man left the panel opened expecting another Samsung person to inspect it. This leave a bad taste in my mouth. No more Samsung product in my house or in my relatives house. And this was not a lower line washer either. I hope a Samsung rep reads this and feels my frustration.

The washer was delivered to our home dented and scratched. I paid over $2000 for this purchase.

Having washer a little over (2) years…. Had to have (3) different repairs…..Now, the main control board is out!

We have owned this washer for almost four years and have had zero issues with it. It also is large enough to fit our king size comforter so that’s a huge plus!!

Im happy with it, we have had it for 2 years with no issues. We have a lot of long hair, 2 dogs and a cat, so we make it work a lot and it's quiet. I love gadgets and I like that it's smart features. i like it senses something is wrong with water temperature and gives me clear alerts so I can fix it.

Expensive but worth it. Paired with our phones and TV's to notify us of cycle starts/ends which is awesome. We have a large family and often forget to check when to change because we get busy. I should also add that we do a LOT of laundry. They run quiet and have had no operational errors since purchased almost 3 years ago. Only complaint is the filter is a bit annoying to change if your washer is on the ground. (No room to catch the water)

Very easy to use . Does a good job . And very quite . Can easily do big loads.

So far, so Good. Very quiet! Washes good and the spin is awesome. Almost dry when I put them in the dryer. It is larger than old machine and have to be careful with the bubble door since it sits in a room that has an exits door. Only concern is it seems to get out of balance often with sheets and towels. Otherwise- it is great. The operation manual was overwhelming. But it is easy to operate once you figure it out.

I was excited to order my first ever front-loaders. I washed bedding and was pretty pleased with the results. I did do an extra spin (wishing I had purchased a higher capacity - but it did seem to get them very clean) just to be certain. These are really pretty for appliances. I am not using the liquid softener as that seems to create mold buildup and I am hoping the self-clean feature that is recommended after 40 loads does the job and keeps the odor buildup that can occur in these types of washers at bay. I enjoy being able to add SmartThings to my phone and see how many minutes are left in the cycle so I don't have to run in the laundry room to check when I'm in a hurry. So all in all, after a couple of weeks I am very pleased so far!
