Easy to use and quiet operation. Have many functions.

Purchased for a new home. It’s a heavy unit, so ensuring the unit is level is paramount. Even if you have geek squad install it, learn the leveling process and have a leveling gauge ready in case you move it. Once it’s level, it stays level and operates very quietly. We installed a thin bi-fold closet door to block what sound there is, and it works perfectly. There are a good variety of pre-set cleaning options for the most common types of laundry, and the ability to create your own settings for specialty items. There are cool sanitize and refresh settings that use steam instead of chemicals, which comes in handy. The use of High Efficiency (HE) laundry detergent will help you get the most out of this machine, and keep everything running smoothly. The fit and finish are what you can expect from Samsung products, and everything looks good and works exactly as expected. The drum of the was basin is stainless steel, and the inner door is solid glass. There are handy lint traps that catch pieces of fabric so they do not end up in the drain to clog your pipes. I am very pleased with my purchase. On top of the warranty from Samsung for the machine and motor, I added the 3 year protection plan from Best Buy, so I know that this machine will continue to provide me many years of service worry free.

I love my washer and dryer set. The connectivity makes it easy to control and customize with my phone. I really like the alarm chime that lets me know when the cycle is finished. It's loud enough to be heard from my living room without being annoying or startling.

The washer is fantastic! And being able to set the settings with my phone and know exactly when the cycle is done while I'm running errands is great too! Definitely worth the money! And having GeekSquad set it up for me was super helpful! The guys did an amazing job!

This Samsung washer has all the settings including steam and options that you will need for all your laundry needs. It even tells you when it needs cleaning and has a self cleaning setting. Easy to add detergent, softener and bleach if needed and has a self adjusting water level feature based on how many clothes you put in it. It runs fairly quiet and looks good in the laundry room. I would recommend the pedestal to raise it up a bit to make loading/unloading easier.

Checks all the boxes: quiet, fast and effective. My only issue is the door (which is hinged on the left and cannot be reversed) does NOT open all the way. If your installation has the washer on the left this isn't an issue. But if the washer is on the right (meaning you approach it from the left when loading/unloading) and space in front of the unit is at all tight, then this is annoying. I contacted Samsung and there is no adjustment or alternate hinge to change this. It's not a deal breaker but is worth considering.

I have always had a standard washer and dryer so when I was able to purchase a great quality front loader I was excited. It’s so easy to use and is quiet. I like that I can set up the Samsung app on my phone and control the washer. The only small issue I have is when I open the door some water spills out but it’s very minimal and not a huge deal.

The washing functions and manual adjustments are helpful. The cycle selection and ease of adjusting options are convenient, so are the steam functions. The champagne color looks much better than the white one. P.S. The spin cycle at the end can get noisy, or it is due to my first experience with a front loading washer.

Delivered Nov 2020 and remodel was completed March 2021. Less than 4 years of usage and Samsung would not do anything except offer me a small discount on a new appliance. Checked the price they quoted & it was a top loader that was listed as the same price that Best Buy offered.. SMH.. This is a front loader that we stacked.. Will not recommend. Concrete part incased in plastic

The washer is awesome it’s super quiet and does a great job. Never thought I’d need a WiFi washing machine but the features make it worth the little extra. Especially love the delay wash and downloadable programs. The Best Buy delivery wasn’t great and much better than my experience other appliance retailers. Highly recommend Best Buy and this washer.

This is replacing an older Samsung washer. It’s very quiet and efficient. I love that the door will stay where I put it to air out the the barrel and not swing shut. It took a little to get used to the new knob but very easy to use.

Love this washer and dryer so much. We’ve had them for 2 years now and they are still perfect. So many good settings. I know people seem to think front loaders get a smell but we haven’t had any issues at all. Would highly reccomend

Very good product. This is my second set after 14yrs. Never failed and always did an outstanding job. Very easy and quick to use. Just an excellent product. Sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I always get the pedestal with this set and would always recommend others do also. An excellent product.

After comparing this model with LG and Bosch, we could not pass up this washer since it was on sale for the Labor Day Weekend. The washer is very quiet, and works very well. The black stainless steel color gives it a nice modern, sleek look.

I absolutely love this washer! It's very energy efficient and the Bixby is so convenient! Life with a newborn has been a crazy and it's so convenient to start the laundry without leaving my little one alone. It's so easy to use even my 13yr old can do laundry! Lol!

This washing machines is easy to operate and runs very quietly. Love the color and the size for my family is just right. It was a great bargain being an open box item. My son was able to pick it up so there were no delivery charges. Would highly recommend this machine to everyone.

I’m not a laundry expect, more of a general consumer, but I know what I like. This appliance is very smart has a load of options to make you in your clothes fab! Plus, it’s a smart device, connects to your WiFi and can manage your social calendar, and was easy to connect. Good value for the price.

Had to return the first washer due to leaking. Second one didnt leak. Had to go through hoops to get it installed and couple of things occurred. Number one when we scheduled a time for them to come in and check it they never showed. Had to go back to best buy again and when the people installed it and swapped the leaking washer they said they wouldnt take their shoes off and did not have those bags that most companies cover their shoes with. Which was rude and unacceptable. Worst part was they tried to deny the damage they caused on my brand new home vinyl flooring. Had to call them out on it and they agreed it was their fault and quickly wanted me to sign paperwork. So they can rush out. This experience have me thinking if I will ever go back to best buy. Never had this problem in the past. Even tried calling the store and the wait times are way too long. The people at the store was great but the people that install the washers and dryers need more respect to people and their homes. Currently Going through the process to have this handled. Hope it isnt as hard as getting my new washer installed with no damage and hope it doesnt result me to go down to best buy for the fifth time!

Love this washer, it’s the 3rd similar Samsung I own and I’m impressed by how well it cleans, how sturdy it is and by its features! The smart features are a nice plus, not bad to have your phone warn you the cycle is done!
