I always buy Samsung products this one right here. Oh my God it's the best. It washes the temperature. I mean when I'm finished when I get the clothes it's like steam coming off them. Nice and clean

I would give this washer 4 stars except for the fact that I wash with cold water only! Every cycle we have to set the temperature for cold or we get a 4C alarm! Very easy to use otherwise, very quiet and reliable! I still have the older dryer, it’s still working

The Samsung washer and dryer work well, I bought these in January through the chat support/website. They are easy to use, and wash clothes and dry efficiently. Do keep the washer door open to avoid mold. Do read the manual on how to operate. The WiFi and app are helpful. The mandatory self clean on the washer takes way too long but it’s only every month or so. My buying experience was less than par. The people on the website didn’t know what I was ordering, lost my parts and I hard to reorder the same units four times. Then when they installed them I was left without a stacking kit because of all the hassle. I won’t even go into the hassle of purchasing online. I only did it for a New Year’s Day sale option. The install was fine but the guys who did it barely spoke to me nor even asked how I wanted it installed much less anything else.

I did purchase the warranty through Best Buy and this is the third return sounds crazy yes but there were some complications. Buf they handled them so well inust may get the cc card Lolol. I’ve only had for two days and I can already tell she’s the one! It does use minimal water and I have owned a 20 year old washing machine for the past seven years so less water is something that I’m trying to grow accustomed to.The spin on this one enables a natural agitation most commonly seen at a laundromat. The cost is affordable initially I was like I don’t want to spend 699. I want to spend 498 but realistically you get what you pay for by the time I exchange and paid $20 more on each exchange. I was at 699 and didn’t even notice it and I’m so glad I spent the extra few dollars. I do like things that bling so the gold finish goes with my cream and gold finish throught my home. Your clothes will come out exactly as you anticipate or better! I lie to you not! It is worth the try and the price. I’m so glad I looked at the reviews before purchasing because others had comparable readings concerning reviews but I was still skeptical, this is worth it. Lastly, my favorite are the steam, soak and heavy duty cycle. It rings out ths water in the clothes so tight I couldn’t believe it. If it weren’t for me doing the review I wouldn’t have seen how much water actually pours into the cycle. It will take you half the time to dry just by using the extra spin cycle. And it comes with the application and several different options. Im literally floored I wish you could understand. I was so frustrated having to return the first one after one year, but I’m so grateful because I really believe this one is gonna last me at least five. PS I too was scared about some of the things that’s been said about Samsung, but people have been using drills to take their washing machines apart do which you’re supposed to do and read the manual. Follow the instructions and you’ll be fine.

Excellent machine good price, very faster the clothes come out very clean

So far, i am loving this thing. It fits so much more than our old washer. The only thing i can critique is the instructions should include a giant bold warning about removing the shipping bolts (if you decide to do the installation yourself) first. Thankfully, my sister (who worked for a different major appliance company) warned me about them so we wouldn't accidentally void the warranty. Love the stacking feature because it allowed us to set up a laundry station in our tiny laundry area. Definitely recommend the separate kit though as it made things a lot easier.

This is a good working washer. I like how it lets you know when it needs to be cleaned. However, the cleaning cycle takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete. There are many choices for washing clothes and it is very easy to use. The spin cycle gets the clothes dry enough that the dryer doesn't have to work so hard.

This washer is amazing, it’s quiet and the different settings are very user friendly. The design is convenient and it offers more cubic space In a more compact design. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

So pleased with the performance. I wasn’t sure I wanted a front loader machine and surprisingly very happy I did. The color is also amazing!!

I had the top loader model for years and never had problems with it until it finally ran it's course. This front loader runs very quiet and smooth and works great. My wife is short in stature so she loves the convenience of the front loader because she no longer has to climb on step ladders to reach inside of the deep hull of a top loader.

This washer is amazing!! Its so quiet and has a large capacity. The options are great and really helpfull. It even has a self clean option which is great specially after you wash a messy load. Would recommend to everyone!!

Love it. The washer machine runs so smooth & silently. I can barely hear it running on. My clothes dry relatively quickly & come out pressed. My clothes smell so clean & fresh. I highly recommend.

I bought this washer as a replacement for a top-loading washer I had for 25 years. It was a really nice upgrade. I like how there are multiple settings, including many options that automatically set the different levels. It's easy to use and it plays a cute melody when the washer is finished. We also have it set up to tell our TV when the cycle is done. Simply next level. I was expecting the color to look a little more like rose-gold, but it is basically a stainless steel color with just a hint of color. Would definitely buy it again.

We had to replace our 9 year old Samsung after it broke. We were in a bind because we have a small space and the washer/dryer have to be stacked. Best Buy was the only place in town where I could get a new one same day. Other retailers made it seem outlandish to need/expect to purchase and receive a new washer same day. A few clicks online and I received a message within minutes that it was ready to pick up at their warehouse facility. Easy!!
