I’ve had this Samsung washer for a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. First off, it looks sleek and modern, and it doesn’t take up a lot of space, which is perfect since I’m using it in a smaller laundry closet. It’s also stackable, which makes things so much more efficient. What really impressed me is how quiet it is—even during the spin cycle, it barely makes any noise. The Super Speed Wash feature is a game changer when I’m in a rush and need to get a load done quickly. It finishes fast but still leaves everything clean and fresh. I’ve also noticed my clothes come out less damp, which means less time in the dryer. The steam feature is great for deep cleaning and helping with allergens—big bonus if you have pets or kids. I also love that it connects to the SmartThings app, so I get notified when a cycle is done without having to keep checking. Overall, this washer is a solid investment. Just got the washer about a week ago and so far its been great. Finally able to wash our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

Highly recommend. Bought this washer after being tired of the hassle of my previous one that would not drain water out good enough from the items. This washer gets the job done and more. Washes very quickly and gets clothes very clean. It’s quiet and does not leave a ton of water in the clothes, bed sheets, etc afterwards. Would recommend to buy a vibration absorbing mat to place under it and you’ll be all set.

Works great and saves water, time and energy costs! Easy to load and unload and much quieter than my old top loader. My only complaint is that I wish it was possible to switch the door hinge to open the other way, like on the same model upright dryer. Make sure you are going to be happy with the direction the door opens and that it won't hit anything.

Aesthetics add no value to how well a washing machine works but it sure makes it a lot more pleasing to look at and adds a bit of sophistication to your laundry room. The platinum color and dark smoke glass make it look a lot nicer than the white washer it replaced. Functionally it works great, has all the options you would expect and is very quiet. It has an app integration that you can use (the washer works perfectly fine without it, if you don't want to use it). Advantages of using the Samsung SmartThings app is that you can start and monitor the wash cycle remotely (say while you are still at the office) so it is done when you get home. It will also give you notifications on your phone when it is done (in case you can't hear your washer because it is in the basement or the garage). I have not used the steam option so far, so I can't comment on that, but overall this is a great washer for the price.

My family and I LOVE this washer. It is simple and easy to hook up right out of the box. The buttons are soft to tough, the machine itself is quiet and fast. Washing our clothes has never been so easy. Even our 10 year old does laundry with ease. Thank you Samsung for making a great washing machine. I highly recommend.

We had a Samsung top loading washer for 5 years but we got tired of it banging during the spin cycle when the load was unbalanced so we got this one. The old washer was perfect except for the spin cycle issues. It also uses much less water and is much faster than our old washer. A small issue is that the glass door is dark tinted and there are no lights inside so it's impossible to see through the door unless you shine a flashlight. Also, I would have liked to get a full manual with the washer. It's nice you can access the washer through WiFi on the phone app but besides the end of cycle notifications it's just a gimmick we may never fully use.

You know you're getting older when you lose track of how many washer and dryer sets you've purchased over the years. I think we are on our 4th set now. This is the best. Easy to use and clothes come out clean. My husband hates anything with a lot of selections to go through - he just wants to press start. Well, this is about that easy. For normal loads of laundry you press ON, turn the knob to the cycle you want to run, and press START. Yet there are multiple extra features and selections for those not-so-ordinary laundry items. And did I mention the buttons? Just touch them and they work. No pushing, no pressing, just lay your finger on them.

It is super easy to use and it is also SUPER quiet! My clothes seem to be cleaner.

First the color is amazing! Now, the large capacity is incredible, it is only .5 larger than my old washer but it seems so much bigger. It's easy to use. We are loving it!

Pleased with this washer so far. Quiet, does a good job of washing the clothes, and I like the fact that it sends a message to my phone when the cycle is complete.
