I will recommend to everyone that Best Buy has the best service.

Supposed to receive a 50 dollar gift card as part of the sale, a month later and no card....we usually go through best buy because of there sales and service. This experience was a big let down.

Time will tell in regards to reliability. Like other washers, if you want to load it up you will have to do an extra rinse with softener if you want it to smell nice.

The Geek Squad installation was great and they had this installed in no time at all! They called ahead and then called again within 30 minutes of their arrival. It was a great match for my Samsung Dryer that I had to purchase about 3 years ago. I washed like 6 loads as soon as I got it!! the product looks fantastic in my laundry room. Very nice! All good!!
