I bought an OPEN BOX Washer from Best Buy, as a brand new option wasnt available anymore. Given the option of buying one in good or excellent condition, I opted for excellent condition (and paid more for it!) but received an item that was not even in good condition! Best Buy didnt offer a delivery service for it, so I rented a truck and drove 45mins to the location that had the "excellent" condition. The item was wrapped in Bubble Paper and not visible to me, when I had professionals come to install it, it was unpacked and we discovered, that the machine did not just have a few scratches and dents, but was literally banged up, as you can see in the pictures (probably because it was on display as a stacked option!) and it was missing screws, causing the top to come off entirely, A safety issue that could have caused harm! I contacted Best Buy about this issue and for the past month have been given the run around and basically the only option given was to return the machine, which would cost me to rent another truck, get a helper unhook it, etc. - all I wanted is a credit for the difference I paid more and that seems sheer impossible for them to do... I said Id accept a store credit for it, but no one until this day was willing to help me and instead they now force me to drive 45mins to the store where I picked it up. The machine works perfectly fine, but I would advise to not buy open box devices from Best Buy! As you will not receive what you assume you ordered / paid for!

Love this washer and dryer, I love that it alerts you when it needs to be cleaned, It is not loud when it spins, this is a awesome set. This is the first time I have ever had a front loader washer and dryer and I am in love!

So far it is the best washing machine ever. It is way faster than our previous Maytag washing machine. We now want to purchase the dryer version too.

Bought white because the colors didn’t matter for us. Used that difference to purchase total tech, Better value overall that way. Don’t use half the features but my girlfriend is happy. Read a lot of mixed reviews about Samsung appliances but bundle deal was too hard to pass up and total tech will repair if anything happens.

Love the set of Samsung washer and dryer. The price was good, the delivery was fast and the installers were fast and friendly.

Has many options to choose from no matter what item you are wanting to wash. Does a great job in getting everything good and clean.

Powerful washer, fast cycles, and super quiet operation

This was a floor model with only very minor cosmetic flaws. So I got a great deal on this washer! It has a large capacity and can handle everything from large loads to small ones and has quick cycle that I use most often.

We love this washer. The steam mode has gotten out difficult stains without pretreatment. The capacity is great for a family of three.

The stainless steel was backordered and as I was leaving the store, it occurred to me maybe it was available in another color. It was. Now I own a very glitzy washer dryer. Makes me smile every time I use them.

This is my first time having a front-load washer, and I’m very satisfied. The size is perfect, both externally and in terms of washing capacity. I love the cycles, and the color is fantastic. The only downside is that a lot of water tends to accumulate in the detergent compartment.

It’s powerful in terms of cleaning effect and time used. The capacity is a little bit bigger than my actual needs.

No issues with this washer. It's been working great. I do recommend also getting the pedestal for convenience. I do leave the door open after washing so that the tub doesnt gets mold. I have a dedicated laundry room so its not an issue for me.
