Washer is very decent, efficient, and does its job so far after two months. Time will tell in regards to reliability. Like other washers, if you want to load it up you will have to do an extra rinse with softener if you want it to smell nice.

Great machine! Plus, the installation was fantastic! The Geek Squad installation was great and they had this installed in no time at all! They called ahead and then called again within 30 minutes of their arrival. It was a great match for my Samsung Dryer that I had to purchase about 3 years ago. I washed like 6 loads as soon as I got it!! the product looks fantastic in my laundry room. Very nice! All good!!

Washer is amazing, the installation and delivery if this product where very poor, dents in the washer, delivery workers left my house with mud stains on the wall from the old washer and some questionable damage to my house. Supposed to receive a 50 dollar gift card as part of the sale, a month later and no card....we usually go through best buy because of there sales and service. This experience was a big let down.

We like this washer. After the test wash, we did 6 loads of laundry. We experience an odd noise when we washed the bedsheets and towels together. It seems like the rubber gasket was pulling during the spin cycle. It did not occur on any of the other wash loads. It is easy to use and the display is easy to read. The only issue we have so far is that the control panel is extremely sensitive. Our storage cabinets are above the washer, and if we brush us against the control panel to laundry products, we inadvertently change the settings. However, it was not a reason for us to return the machine.
