I’m so happy with this purchase, beautiful color more than I was expecting

These machines are very advanced but are straightforward and simple to learn how to use. Also they are effective in not a very large amount of time, and noise reduction is incredibly low. Love them!

I've only had the washer and dryer for one day but I love the look of the set in my laundry room. So far so good and it's my second Samsung set like this. The others purchased in 2016 were still working great but I just wanted to move away from the burgandy color.

Washer needs small loads only or the door locks and continues to add water and spins for the entire day. You quite literally need to manually drain the water from the bottom for the door to reopen. As for the dryer… it pull more amps than it states, overheats and trips the breaker every time you start the dryer. Both an electrician and Samsung did not know how to fix it. It’s a new home and 2023 new washer and dryer. Never buying again.

love it, it has everything I needed.I like it a lot because it has different washing options. You can wash it dry, you can wash it with steam, you can wash delicate clothes, you can wash clothes that are too dirty, I love it, it's the best.

Love this washer! Definitely recommend putting pads underneath each leg if washer is sitting on hardwood or tile. The wifi technology plus added steam options are a game changer. The champagne finish is an added bonus.

It's perfect! I was looking for something can do wash some clothes dirty. My husband work in landscape and his chlotes are a super dirty. This machine can do pre soak and it's amazing. Becareful with the top is to delicately.

Love my washing machine huge loads get cleaned and fitting in my bed spreads blankets along doing small loads like my delicates gets done just right. Many functions and is quite.
