I was surprised that the washer was so quiet after reading other reviews complaining about excessive noise. The first one that I received had a leak, but Best Buy replaced it within a couple of days. Would have given it 5 stars for quality but could not because of the return. Other than that no complaints.

My wife can't stop washing her clothes. I love the color. The delivery guys didn't take that long to installed it customer Service was tremendous. And I wanna say thank you to best buy and samsung company I never been so happy....

Washer seems to work very well and gets clothes very clean. One thing to watch out for is to make sure you run the "calibration" cycle. Itakes a huge difference in the amount of vibration at high spin speeds.

However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..
