It is hardly wet when the spin has completed - which is great going into the dryer. I had to open the thing to confirm enough water was getting in, during the wash portion.

The purchase through Best Buy was a very poor experience. Had to wait for ever to speak with staff. Once we decided to purchase they would not honor their promotion. We were supposed to get a $50 gift card for each the washer and dryer. Very poor service.

The staffer who assisted us in this acquisition was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. We enjoy our purchase experiences each visit to the Best Buy stores.

The NEW replacement has been a pleasure to use. More capacity for clothes. The functionality/features are further enhanced as well. Overall, very happy with this product!

First of all, it is very quiet and at times I forget its on. And the speed mode is great, know how much tkme is needed before its completed. Love the count down.
