This is the quietest washing machine I've ever had. Easy assembly & Installation love it. Removes a lot of water during the spin cycle.

My favorite thing has been seeing when a load is done on my phone, tablet, or tv instead of going to check every so often. Also, it washes very fast with far better and cleaner clothes than my last washer. Its also extremely quiet. I cant hear it when its washing and im in the room right next to it.

Some loads will wrongly distribute the heavier items during the spin cycle such that the washer violently shakes almost enough to break open the washer door. The locked door holds, but nothing on top of the washer can stay without falling off. The contractor hired by Best Buy installed the washer and this problem has occurred on multiple uses of this washer since new. Will have the warranty claim cover a repair or replacement, as needed, after one more month of use to see if it gets better.

Not loud, beautiful design, and call me easily amused, but how easy it is to know what cycle to put on, from bedding to a towel cycle, is such a relief and makes me excited knowing the correct option is being used.

Technician said it was cheaper to buy new than fix the old one. Needed to match the dryer. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one did.
