I really want to say thank you to the delivery staff as they were kind, hard working and extremely good at the entire thing.

Very happy with them, they are easy to use, have so many options and I can stream it to my phone. The guys who delivered them were great, and knew exactly what they were doing!

Also, it is noisy when spinning. We purchased a Samsung 4.5 front loading washer & dryer in mid-July. We complained that the spin cycle was rough. Best Buy promptly replaced the washer, mid August. We didn't ask for a replacement, Best Buy just swapped & we got another Samsung 4.5 front loading washer, same model and features. (Good Job BB!) However, same harsh spin cycle. Best Buy sent a tech. Tech basically said 'That's normal' for this model. He ran the spin cycle on the highest setting and it was relatively less agitated but we don't want all our clothes on high spin. Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly but offered no solutions to the spin vibrations. I gave the review 2 stars because it plays a happy song when it finishes washing.

I loved how It washed my couch pillows with out making them loose their shape. I would have gave 5 star but had to take away 1 because of the noise the washer makes ( shaking& bouncing around when washing only half a load of clothes)

It’s worth every penny, and we received amazing service from the Best Buy in Davie!
