Best purchase ever!!!! Clean wash! I’m so excited to do laundry now, all because of this washer! If water was not my issue, I would be washing everyday!

I bought this washer together with related dryer and stack up them together. We have small laundry room so it was perfect solution. It works quiet and efficient. That was perfect buy.

I love this washing machine and I very much hope we don’t have problems like we did with our first one that was exactly the same. We didn’t purchase the first one through Best Buy. This is a replacement for the other and Best but happened to be the only one that still had it. It’s a nice looking washer that runs very well. Problem is that with time I’m afraid a drum bearing will go out like the other washers did. Best Buy has been very good about explaining their service and have told us to contact them with any problem that may arise. So glad I went with Best Buy.

Beautiful washing machine. I loved how It washed my couch pillows with out making them loose their shape. I would have gave 5 star but had to take away 1 because of the noise the washer makes ( shaking& bouncing around when washing only half a load of clothes)

This wash machine is one of the best for the price. I love this machine, it cleans so well and it’s quiet.

This is a great appliance appliance it uses less water and it washes more thoroughly. I don't know if it's just in my head, but the clothes even feel softer.

Got the washer and dryer about a month ago. Very happy with them, they are easy to use, have so many options and I can stream it to my phone. The guys who delivered them were great, and knew exactly what they were doing!

It is quite, looks good and works great, but definitely needs a pedestal if you don’t plan to stack.its a medium size. Not great for big comforters or duvets.

So far so good, my last machine came with problems but I made it last at least 5years. Hopefully this one is way better and I got it on a Black Friday for 699

The tech that installed my new Samsung washer was very informative as he brought to my attention my water valves in my laundry room possibly needed to be checked out. He pointed out to me that to they were very worn as they were actually looking green with growth was on the valves. He explained to me that I could get a leak if they haven’t already started to leak somewhere and recommended to have someone look at it. I did and they were ready to burst any day now, whew! getting them replaced . Thanks Best Buy you sent me the right technician

Washer is what I needed, performs well. Does lack sufficient guidance - no manual to explain certain functions. Am using with confidence that it will last a long time.

When ever I hear the little jingle once the wash is done, I giggle like a little school girl and put my clothes in the dryer. As a man this washer gets me excited to become a house wife

Seems to work fine without issues, had it for 6 months now.

Love this washer. And love how it tells you when your done with the washer and lets you know when its time to self clean the washer.
